We wanted to have a piece of mine on our vacation home and E-Pipe highly recommended to coat the pipes to ensure we would have no leaks. In the beginning Tony and Bob came out to the house to make sure they got everything documented so the team would be ready when they got on site. Jerry and the crew was amazing to work with and was very respectful and made sure they took care of all of our needs. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone that wants a piece of mind to make sure their house has no leaks in the pipes.

My Mom lives in an old mobile home. The old plastic pipes burst. ePIPE responded quickly to our emergency call. It quickly became clear that this was a big problem and all her pipes needed to be replaced! They fixed the leak with a temporary patch free of charge! I called several times in the first few days. ePIPE was always willing to answer my questions. The contract was very clear and easy to understand. And the price was very good. Our plumber, Edgar, showed up on time and explained everything before they started. The work was scheduled for 2 days. They finished right on time and left things cleaner than before they arrived. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

Miguel with E Pipe has completed My annual flush of my Norwitz tankless heater. I have used this company on several occasions and their bid is always fair and reasonable and the work by Miguel is exceptional. They’re excellent plumbers. They give an honest and fair Bids and always tell you you can always check their prices with other bids From other plumbers. An exceptional company that does exceptional work.

Please exercise caution with this company. One of their work trucks struck and severely damaged my girlfriend's car, crushing the driver's side door and shaking her entire vehicle in the impact. The accident happened while her car was parked and off at a gas station, with her door already open. The driver of their truck apologized on the spot and admitted he was inexperienced with that size of truck, saying he had previously informed his company about this concern. When we asked for his insurance, he only had an expired insurance card, which was over a year old. We had to wait several days to discover that his policy had not been renewed. It wasn't until I went to their office in person that I finally received their current insurance info--though it's unclear why this wasn't already in the vehicle, as the policy had been active for 11 months. Now, the company's insurance is refusing to accept any responsibility, leaving us with nearly $4,000 in damages to her vehicle. The lack of accountability from both the company and their insurance has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend others avoid doing business with a company that operates so carelessly. Thank you for your response. However, I must respectfully disagree with your assessment of the situation. Having reviewed the video in question, it is clear that my partner’s vehicle door was open before the front of your truck reached the back wheel of my girlfriend’s car. This fact is easily observable and does not align with the claim that your driver was not at fault. Furthermore, while your driver initially acknowledged responsibility, I understand that the position taken by the company—especially when dealing with insurance—seems to be focused on protecting your interests rather than acknowledging what is clearly evident. Given that your business operates multiple locations with numerous vehicles, I recognize that this may be a common approach to avoid accountability, but that doesn't change the facts. I want to emphasize that, from my perspective, the situation was mishandled from the start. The moment I had to reach out to your office for insurance information, it was clear to me that the company’s stance was already set, without a fair review of the evidence at hand. We still stand by our position and we will looking in to pursuing all legal resolutions if necessary to ensure a fair resolution.

They did the job in the time quoted, were very courteous, put protection on my floors and carpet. Explained everything well. If I had any issues they dealt with them in a timely manner and again were polite and made sure I understood everything. No holes in the walls. The price was up there, but with getting new pipes and holes all over the place I thought it was a good deal. Very satisfied with epipe.

Just had my house re-piped by E-Pipe. Best decision I ever made. No holes in the walls and ceiling. They were professional and really knew what they were doing. In and out in 2 days and left the house spotless , it was like they were never here.
